A Day to show love to the less privilege By Aare Anabury

NIGERIA a place to show love

A calvary greeting to my beloved readers reading this wonderful write up on this wonderful saint valentine's day. A day to show love to our lovers, friends, families, neighbours and who so ever exist in our community and environment.

According to the wikipedia   Valentine's Day, also called Saint Valentine's Day or the Feast of Saint Valentine is celebrated annually on February 14. Originating as a Western Christian feast day honoring one or two early saints named Valentinus, Valentine's Day is recognised as a significant cultural, religious, and commercial celebration of romance and romantic love in many regions around the world, although it is not a public holiday in any country.

Valentine to us here in Nigeria is a day you take your lover or partner out to show you love her or to show each other love, but I disagree according to my research and after listen to so many people's view on Valentine both home nd abroad, I discover valentine is a day we should show love to the less privilege, people who taught no one cares after them, people who believe life as no effect or nothing to offer them.

Many people even believe valentine day is a day you send a card, flower to whom you are romantically involved with. But I plead to you my fellow brothers, sister, uncles valentine shouldn't  be for the person you are romantically involve with only, its a day, you show love to people who could not make up their daily meal, people who don't even know what life has to offer them, it's valentine visit the handicap home, visit the schools for blind and deaf, region centres that look after less privilege, mother less baby homes and so more. I want to entreat with everyone reading this post please show love today and everyday, your lover or partner knows you love him or her, you show love to each other everyday, always and forever. Valentine should be a period you extent love to people you can't be there for always.

I want to use this period to wish all Nigerians a happy valentine's day, we pray we celebrate more on planet earth. Let the sign of love we share today exist between us, love is a factor that can build this country, love is a profoundly tender, passionate affection for another person, it is a feeling of warm personal attachment or deep affection, as for a parent, child, or friend, I think this is the only key we need for the development of this great country let's love each other and show it in every of our day to day activities, here comes a short exhortation
          When true love leads
               Life is EDIFIED,
                 Home is BUILT,
            Wounds are HEALED,
               Heart is RENEWED,
                 Soul is PURIFIED,
                Family is SETTLED,
               Community is MADE,
                 Nation will SPROUT
And we can all be happy, on this page I will love to drop my pen till what next to write but I have to thank my editor for his support, publishers, friends and family for their support always, I wish them all happy valentine's Day. I am my MYSELF
